Self-host Microsoft Teams.

Use this option when your organisation cannot install the standard Just Arrived Teams app. Your Microsoft 365 administrator creates a bot in your own tenant, connects it to Just Arrived, and rolls it out to hosts.

Set it up

   Choose a self-hosted Teams bot

   If your organisation cannot install the Just Arrived store app, ask your Microsoft 365 administrator to register a bot in your own tenant. When it is ready, open Just Arrived → Connections → Microsoft Teams → Advanced credentials.

   Create the bot and endpoint

   In the Microsoft Teams Developer Portal, create a bot and set its messaging endpoint to https://justarrived.io/api/public/teams/messages. Create a client secret and record its expiry date for the next step.

   Save the Teams credentials

   In Just Arrived → Connections → Microsoft Teams → Advanced credentials, enter the Bot ID, Microsoft Entra tenant ID, client secret value, and expiry date. Save the connection; secret values are encrypted and are not shown again.

   Download and install the app package

   From the Microsoft Teams card in Just Arrived, download the package created for your Bot ID. Upload it in the Microsoft Teams admin center under Teams apps, install it for hosts, send help to the bot in Teams, and then test a kiosk arrival.
