Terms of service.

This is an agreement between ReadyLive Technologies, CVR 35622594, Sundholmsvej 31, 4. tv, 2300 København S, Denmark (“ReadyLive”, “we”) and the customer organization that signs up for Just Arrived (“customer”, “you”). The person creating the account warrants that they are authorised to enter into this agreement on behalf of that organization.

Just Arrived provides a visitor check-in kiosk, an administration workspace for offices, employees and visit records, and arrival notifications through email and connected chat services.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for the security of your administrator accounts and credentials, and for the conduct of users you invite. The service may not be used unlawfully, to store special categories of personal data beyond what visitor management requires, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the platform.

Just Arrived costs €15 per kiosk device per month. You never pay for more than 3 devices per site (office), so the monthly charge per site is capped at €45.

An annual option is available with one month free: €165 per device per year, capped at €495 per site per year.

All prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where applicable; EU businesses providing a valid VAT number are reverse-charged.

Every new customer gets a 14-day free trial with no payment details required. After the trial the subscription is billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no refund is issued for the remainder of that period.

Fair use: an office (site) in Just Arrived corresponds to a single physical location, and every paired device must be physically deployed at the office it is paired to. The three-device cap applies per physical location and may not be used to cover devices spread across several addresses. Where this is clearly not the case, ReadyLive may reassign devices to the correct sites for billing purposes, after notifying you.

You own your data. You can request an export at any time, including on termination. After termination we delete your data following a 30-day grace period, unless a longer retention is required by law. Processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy and the data processing agreement, which is incorporated into these terms.

The service is provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts to keep it available and secure, but this tier carries no uptime guarantee or service credits.

Our total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Danish law.

We may change these terms; material changes are notified by email or in the admin workspace with reasonable notice before they take effect. Continued use after that date means acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, and disputes are subject to the exclusive venue of the courts of Copenhagen.
