Visitor privacy notice.
When you check in on a Miinto Entry kiosk, Miinto ApS acts as data controller for the details you provide. This notice explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
Your name, and — when you choose to provide them — your company, email address and vehicle registration for guest parking. We also record who you are visiting and the time you checked in and out.
Why we collect it
To let your host know you have arrived, to keep an accurate on-site roll call for fire and evacuation safety, and to register guest parking where the office offers it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in site security and safety, and your consent for optional details.
How long we keep it
Visit records are automatically anonymised after the retention period set for the office — 90 days by default. Anonymised records keep only non-identifying statistics.
Who can see it
Miinto reception and facility staff, your host, and — during an evacuation — the person running the roll call. We do not sell or share visitor data for marketing.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your visit data at any time. Write to privacy@miinto.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
