An office keeps its own address, time zone, languages, opening hours, visitor flow and safety settings. Create one office for each physical location where guests arrive.

- Open Offices and choose Add office.
- Enter the office name, address and time zone. The time zone controls local opening hours and visit times.
- Choose the default kiosk language and any additional languages visitors may select.
- Save the office before adding devices, expected visitors or office-specific media.
Choose how visitors check in
Open the office and use Setup: steps & fieldsin the designer. Choose the details visitors provide, whether they select a host, and whether photo, agreement or consent steps are part of the flow.
Set languages in priority order. The kiosk first respects the visitor's current choice, then the office default, and finally English when a translation is unavailable.
Finish the operational settings
- Under General, set opening hours and automatic checkout time.
- Under Visitors, add visitor reasons and decide which details each reason requires.
- Under Safety, add the assembly point and confirm the emergency controls.
- Under Devices, pair a kiosk or a free reception display.
Office changes affect that location only. Organization branding remains the default wherever an office has not set an override.
