The kiosk designer combines the visitor flow and its appearance. Start with the sequence of pages, then refine the welcome, details, host, agreement, photo and completion screens.

    Open the designer

    1. Open Offices and select the location.
    2. Choose Open designer from the design preview.
    3. Use Setup: steps & fields to decide which pages and fields belong in the check-in flow.

    Edit a page

    1. Choose a page from the page strip, then click an element on the canvas to edit it.
    2. Use the right rail for the selected text, image, logo, button or widget. Click the empty canvas to return to screen-level settings.
    3. Drag elements freely. Alignment guides appear when an edge or centre lines up with another element.
    4. Switch between landscape and portrait and check both arrangements before saving.

    Understand the workspace

    1. The page strip moves between Welcome, Your details, Host, Agreement, Photo and You're in. Pages that are switched off remain editable, but visitors will not see them.
    2. The canvas is the live page preview. Click an element to select it; click empty canvas space or press Escape to return to screen settings.
    3. The left panel lists the template, elements on the current page, page settings and the Setup: steps & fields shortcut.
    4. The right rail uses Screen, Brand, Motion and Advanced. When an element is selected, Screen and Brand become contextual Edit and Style controls.
    5. Undo and redo cover layout and styling changes. Text fields keep their normal browser undo behavior while you type.

    Photos, text and motion

Add text and other available elements from Screen → Elements. Photo collections are managed under Screen → Photos; their transition, timing and movement live under Motion.

    1. Under Screen → Elements, add text, select layers, hide or lock them, change their order, or copy an arrangement to the other orientation.
    2. Select a text element to change its role, font, weight, absolute size, alignment, color and optional character outline.
    3. Under Screen → Photos, upload and reorder the gallery. Under Motion, choose crossfade, directional slide, zoom or instant changes and set the timing.
    4. Use the Brand tab for page-wide color and type values. Choose Inherited when the office should continue following organization branding.

    Configure the visitor journey

Setup: steps & fields controls behavior, not decoration. Choose which visitor fields appear, whether visitors select a reason and host, and whether agreement and photo pages are in the flow. Agreement wording and visitor reasons are saved as office settings; the designer controls how those pages look.

    Check both orientations

Landscape and portrait keep separate element positions. Switching orientation does not stretch the other layout. Review every enabled page in both orientations, especially long translated headings, host lists, agreements and the completion message.

    Save, reuse and push live

    1. Use the preview to move through every enabled page and confirm text contrast, button placement and image crops.
    2. Choose Save design, then Save only or Save as template. A saved template is a frozen copy; save a new one when you need another reusable version.
    3. Choose Push to screens only when the design is ready. Push to every screen at the office or target one specific screen, then confirm with Push now.
Saving never changes a live kiosk. Only Push to screens sends the design to a paired device.
