Displays & visits

Pre-registration and invites.

Invite expected guests ahead of time so their kiosk check-in takes seconds — including guest parking registration.

All guides

Pre-registration lets you invite visitors before they arrive. An expected guest gets an email with a visit code, and their check-in at the kiosk is reduced to confirming their details instead of typing everything on a lobby tablet.

Invite a guest

  1. Open Offices, pick the office, and go to the Expected tab. (Save a new office first — the tab activates once the office exists.)
  2. Fill in Visitor name and Visitor email. Company is optional.
  3. If the guest is driving, add Car registration — when guest parking is enabled for the office, this registers their plate automatically on arrival.
  4. Pick the Host (or leave it at no specific host) and press Send invitation.

The guest receives an email with their visit code. The code is also shown to you once, right after sending — it can't be retrieved later, so if the email failed you can read it out or paste it into a message yourself.

What the guest sees

At the kiosk the guest chooses that they're expected and enters their name or code. Their details are already filled in; they confirm, and the host is notified as usual.

Track the list

The Expected tab shows every invitation with its status: Expected, Arrived, Canceled or Expired. Invitations expire on their own after the visit window passes, and you can cancel one at any time.

Invitations are per office. If a guest is visiting a different location, send the invitation from that office's Expected tab.
