QR check-in uses the same visitor flow as a kiosk, but opens it on the visitor's phone. Each office has its own signed link and printable code.

    Turn it on

    1. Open Offices, choose the office and stay on General.
    2. Find QR check-in and choose Enable QR check-in.
    3. Confirm the license change. QR check-in counts as one check-in device, subject to the three-device cap per office.
    4. Choose Print poster for a branded A4 sign, or PNG to place the code in your own artwork.

    Share or replace the link

Copy link copies the same secure destination for use in an email or internal page. Regenerate linkretires every existing print and creates a fresh code, so replace old posters immediately.

Turning QR check-in off makes the printed code stop working. It does not change a separately paired kiosk or reception display.
