You never pay for more than 3 devices per site. Kiosks and QR check-in count; reception displays never do, and a pairing code nobody has used yet doesn't either. A busy lobby with five screens still costs $54 / month.
3 billed · rest free
Devices are licences. Add one and it's billed straight away, prorated for the rest of the period; remove one and its licence simply runs until your renewal date.
A failed payment never stops a running kiosk — you get 7 days to sort it out before new devices can be paired.
